As a smart building solution provider, MDV focuses on human-centred technology to create comfortable, low-carbon environments. MDV‘s product line includes VRF systems, outdoor units, indoor units and precision air conditioners.

KWING

KWING KWING is Midea Building Technologies' brand for water-cooled central air conditioning systems. It offers reliable, sustainable, and highly efficient solutions by leveraging proprietary core technology, tailored solutions, and intelligent, worry-free operations. Kunyu serves diverse sectors including airports, rail transit, business parks, hospitals, and data centres, contributing to sustainable, low-carbon operations. Kunyu's product range includes centrifugal chillers, water-cooled screw/scroll chillers, air-cooled screw/scroll chillers, evaporative cooling units, high-efficiency integrated cold stations and data centre air handling units (AHU).

CLIVET CLIVET, a high-end central air conditioning brand under Midea Building Technologies, was founded in Italy in 1989. With a focus on elegance, refinement, and quality, CLIVET provides an exceptional Italian comfort experience. WINONE Elevators

WINONE Elevators WINONE Elevators, a freight elevator brand under Midea Building Technologies, was established in 2002. It operates a specialised production facility covering over 400 mu in Foshan, China, with A-grade certification for manufacturing, installation, modification, and maintenance issued by the State Quality Inspection Administration. Lingwang has 33 branches and offices nationwide, supported by more than 500 service outlets. The company has contributed to several major national projects, including Guangzhou Metro Lines 7 and 13, and the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, as well as Foshan Metro Line 3.
